Printing an Income Statement Expanded
Once you have entered all of the required information needed to generate an expanded income statement, a Select An Option window appears and allows you to EXIT, use Net•Yield, or select from a list of user defined custom formats.
Net•Yield is the default expanded report format. Select one of the available formats.
Command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other printing options.
Note: Multiple custom formats may be defined and used, in addition to Net•Yield.
The following columns will print on the Expanded Income Statement Report:
- Account/Description – The name or description of the account
- Annual Budget – The annual budget, for that item, if defined. Shown in both dollars and percent.

- Annualization (Month) – This column takes the current period value, and then annualizes it (based on the number of weeks in the month). This column is useful for tracking trends between periods compared to the year.
- Prior Year to Date – The last year's actual values for that account
- Year to Date – The current year's values for that account, represented in both dollars and percent
- Prior Year Month – The actual values for the account for the same month during the previous year
- Current Period – The current period's actual values for the account, represented in both dollars and percent.
